Man in jail after urinating on woman

A 20-year-old Forest City man has been lodged in the Susquehanna County jail after an incident in which he allegedly urinated on a woman.

Mickey James Stackhouse of Grand Avenue, has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, indecent assault, indecent exposure, harassment and disorderly conduct.
According to a criminal complaint filed by Forest City police before Magistrate Suzanne Brainard, the victim said that around 4 a.m., Sunday, June 27, she was on the computer and Stackhouse told her he was “going to pee” on her and she told him he better not.
The man then pulled out his penis and urinated on her back.
She asked why he did that, and according to the complaint, he said “because I can.”
The complaint adds that Stackhouse also allegedly had a BB gun and started shooting it at the victim and hit her in the head above the eye.
He waived his arraignment before Judge Brainard on Tuesday, June 29, and was placed in jail after being unable to post $2,000 bail.
His case was bound over to the Susquehanna County Court of Common Pleas where he faces a formal arraignment on July 20.
