A Susquehanna man admitted in court Friday to putting his hands down the pants of a 10-year-old juvenile male and touching the boy’s genitalia.
Michael Spencer, 21, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of indecent assault leveled in connection with the Oct. 1, 2010 incident.
Spencer could face up to two years in jail for the offense.
He is scheduled for be sentenced Sept. 22 in Susquehanna County Court. Spencer remains free on unsecured bail.
