NY men charged with using fake credit cards

Two New York men are accused of using fraudulent American Express cards for purchases at multiple gas stations throughout Susquehanna County.

Police arrested Michael Johnson, 30, and Baron Mays, 25, both of Far Rockaway, N.Y., after they were found in possession of the fake credit cards, along with forged Florida identifications and related electronics.

They were charged with Access Device Fraud and related counts.

Bail was set at $50,000 for both men and they were remanded to the Susquehanna County Correctional Facility.

Preliminary hearings for Johnson and Mays were scheduled for May 2 in New Milford District Court.
