Man killed in UTV crash

The driver of a utility vehicle was killed Saturday, Feb. 9, in a crash on Carter Rd., Rush Twp., at about 3 p.m.

Benjamin Sipple, 25, sustained fatal injuries after he lost control the utility vehicle he was driving. The E-Z-Go rolled over and Sipple was ejected.

Neither Sipple, nor a 21-year-old passenger from Yardley, were wearing helmets or seat belts at the time of the crash. The passenger was not injured in the crash, according to police.
