Two named MAHS Athletes of the Week

Colby Major and Tom Lewis are senior basketball players for theMontroseAreaSchool District. They have been nominated for the athlete of the week.  Colby Major helped lead the team to the 1st half championship againstLakeland.  He compiled 18 points, seven assists, and five rebounds in the victory.

Tom Lewis contributed 22 points, four assists, and eight rebounds in the same game against the Lakeland Chiefs.

“Teamwork amongst the seniors led to a convincing win for first half championship againstLakeland,” said Coach Todd Smith

Colby’s parents are Debbie Loomis and Steve Major.

Tom Lewis parents are Sue and Tom Lewis.
