The Blue Ridge boys’ volleyball team faced a 3-0 shutout loss from Lackawanna Trail on the road on Thursday.
The Lions got ahead early, defeatingBlue Ridge25-8 in the first set, before taking a pair of victories in the second and third, 25-16 and 29-27, respectively, to complete the win.
Susquehanna
The Susquehanna boys’ volleyball team faced a 3-0 loss toAbingtonHeightson the road on Friday.
The Sabers fell behind with a 25-22 loss in the first set before losing 26-24 in the second and 25-17 in the third.
Steven Frye had seven kills for Susquehanna while Mike Frye had eight assists and two blocks and Luke Falletta had five kills, eight digs and two blocks.
