LTE: who are criminals?

Dear Editor,
I’d like to reply to the letter sent in by Mr. Zygmunt in o the Feb. 11 edition of the Independent. Mr. Zygmunt’s letter saying Trump should be impeached for all of his unconstitutional acts such as requiring an ID to vote. Federal intervention in elections never happened before (except when they banned the poll tax). He goes on to say if a Democrat ever did anything unconstitutional, they would be removed immediately.
I offer the following list for him to consider:
Obama directed the IRS to spy on and harass members of the TEA party.
Obama conspired with Clapper, Comey, Brennan and Lisa Rice to coordinate an intelligence gathering operation against Carter Page, a junior Trump campaign aide. This operation included the CIA, British and Australian intelligence agencies as documented in the book, The Plot Against the President. This led to the whole Russiagate hoax, which culminated with the infamous Mueller hearings, where it was obvious that Mueller didn’t even read the report. They tried to impeach Trump anyway.
Then they cooked up the quid-pro-quo impeachment on lies and false information from a foreign national. Meanwhile, Biden is on tape boasting that he got a prosecutor fired who was investigating his son’s business deals in the Ukraine by withholding $1B in aid (see https://www.c-span.org/clip/campaign-2018/user-clip-biden-tells-story-of-getting-the-ukraine-prosecutor-fired/4820105.)
After Trump left office, the FBI conducted a raid for classified information he “stole,” even though Trump had provided the list of documents the archivist had asked for. Meanwhile, Biden had boxes of classified information in his garage and in offices scattered around the US.
Comey pardoned Hillary Clinton for violating national security laws without any authority. The FBI issued hundreds of FISA warrants to spy on US citizens and political opponents. The FBI ran the Whitmer assassination investigation where nine of the 15 members were either FBI agents or informants.
The DoJ/FBI under Biden declared that Christians, especially white Christians were terrorists.
They then spied on and arrested anti-abortion protesters under the FACE act, even though they were following the law.
Biden had the FBI coordinate with Twitter, YouTube/Google and Facebook to silence political opposition and free speech. He even tried to set up an office of disinformation under Nina Jankowicz.
The democrats subverted the US election process to appoint Harris the candidate when it became obvious to everyone that Biden was incompetent to run for office.
Mr. Zygmunt can take comfort in that Maduro said it was illegal to arrest him in Venezuela.
