A Meshoppen man was killed in a motorcycle crash Saturday evening when he failed to make a turn and hit a utility pole, police said.
Ronald T. Fletcher, was traveling east on Rt. 3004, near Beech Grove Rd., in Auburn Twp., when the crash occurred at about 6:35 p.m.
Police said Fletcher was an experienced rider and was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
