The Montrose Area boys’ tennis team picked up a 5-0 win at Riverside on Thursday after taking a 5-0 victory on the road on Wednesday over Western Wayne.
Against Riverside in singles Zach Warriner defeated Andrew Tremko, 6-1, 6-1; Michael Roman bounced David Harris, 6-0, 6-0; and Ryan Ochse defeated Cody Mackin, 6-4, 6-0.
In doubles, Sean Regan and Bryan Shultz defeated Dylan Bonitz and Joe Gula, 6-0, 6-0; and Montrose won #2 doubles by forfeit.
On Wednesday in singles, Warriner defeated Denny Guo, 6-4, 5-7, 6-1; Roman defeated Keith Mattern, 6-3, 6-4; and Ochse bounced Jake Covey, 6-2, 6-4.
In doubles, Isaac Mitchell and Chris Jordan topped Matt Tinklepaugh and Jonathan Reed, 6-3, 6-3; and Montrose won #2 doubles by forfeit.
