True Friends Animal Welfare Center raised about $3,000 in a Pre-‘Tail’gate Party held at the shelter on the eve of the Super Bowl.
Items featured in the silent auction included a football jersey and a football autographed by N.Y. Giants right guard and two-time champion Chris Snee.
In addition to the event’s fundraising success, one cat and one dog were also adopted during the festivities.
