A silent auction, a basket raffle, a 50/50 drawing and a ham and cabbage dinner made and served by Chris Davis and her staff was held on March 15 at Lakey’s in Susquehanna.
The proceeds from this event, in excess of $2,000, benefitted True Friends Animal Welfare Center in Montrose.
The silent auction offered sports memorabilia that included a signed ball and photo from Penn State quarterback, Matt McGloin, donated by his father, and signed copies of Mark Wahlberg’s book, “The Invincible.”
