A 20-year-old Hallstead man was killed in a hit and run crash Jan. 15 in Great Bend Twp.
Police are still attempting to determine the identity of the driver that struck and killed Earl Youngs as he was walking along Route 11 near Valley Lanes at about 1:30 a.m. early Wednesday morning.
The SUV involved in the crash – a 2002 Jeep Liberty – was located. Police were conducting interviews in an attempt to determine who was operating the vehicle.
As of press time, no charges have been lodged in connection with the crash.
