Elk Lake edges Raiders on track

Hunter Watkins set a school record in the 300-meter hurdles with a time of 42.1 seconds and Hunter Bedell won the 1,600 and the 800 to lead Elk Lake to a 75-74 win over Blue Ridge in a Lackawanna Track Conference Division IV meet.

Brett Hepler won the discus, javelin, long jump and triple jump for Blue Ridge.

Megyn Stevens won the shot and discus and Kenzie Jones added wins in the 3,200 and high jump as Elk Lake defeated Blue Ridge, 77-73, in a Division IV meet.

Lindsey Rupakus won the 100 hurdles and 300 hurdles and Lindsey Burdick won the 200 and 400 for Blue Ridge.
