The Montrose Area boys’ soccer team faced a 3-0 shutout loss to Lakeland in the District II Class A playoffs on Wednesday.
At Lakeland, The Chiefs combined for three goals, one in the first half and another two in the second half to upend the Meteors.
Montrose had 11 shots on goal and one corner while goalie Danny Simonds picked up 10 saves during the game.
