Blue Ridge’s boys took a 122-18 win and Mountain View’s girls took a 67-65 win in a Lackawanna League track meet on Tuesday afternoon.

Montrose

The Montrose Area girls’ track and field team took a 104-45 victory over Dunmore on Tuesday, while the boys’ team faced a loss, 97-53.

First place finishes on the girls’ side came from Rebecca Timm in the 100 hurdles at 19.5 and 300 hurdles at 54.9, Myra Lattimore in the 100 at 13.4 and triple jump at 31-7.5, Samantha Bennici in the 1600 at 6:06.3, Allison Lewis in the 400 at 1:03.7, the 400 relay team in 52.1, Alex Lewis in the 200 at 27.9 and high jump at 4-10, Calisca Newhart in the 3200 at 14:27.1, the 1600 relay team in 4:35.1, Abbott in the javelin at 71-1, Allison Lewis in the long jump at 15-0.5 and Blom in the pole vault at 8-6.

Seconds came from Salsman (100 hurdles, discus), Blom (100, long jump), Brady (300 hurdles), Bennici (800), Swingle (shot put), Gibson (high jump), Blachek (pole vault).

Thirds were recorded by Blachek (100, 300 hurdles), Harding (1600, 3200), Rina Nikolaidis (800), Mordovancey (shot put) and Salsman (long jump).

First place boys’ finishes came from Tom Lewis in the 400 at 56.2, the 1600 relay team in 3:57.9, Kurt Kimsey in the discus at 124-10 and javelin at 150-9 and Dibble in the pole vault at 10-6.

Seconds came from Dibble (300 hurdles), Chris Preston (800), Russell (3200), Lawson (javelin) and Cole Wheaton (long jump and high jump).

Thirds came from Dibble (110 hurdles), Russell (1600), Zapolski (400), McNamara (300 hurdles), Ryan Martin (3200), Shelp (shot put), Blom (long jump) and Rodino (pole vault).
