Forest City’s boys’ volleyball team faced a 3-0 loss from Holy Redeemer in the first round of the District II Class AA championships at Holy Redeemer on Monday night.
The Foresters were handed three consecutive losses, as the Royals moved on to the next round. Forest City was defeated 25-23, 25-10 and 25-13.
Forest City ended its season run with an overall record of 8-4, good enough for third place in the Lackawanna League.
