The Elk Lake tennis team fell in matches last week to Holy Cross (3-2), Delaware Valley (4-1), and Dunmore.
Darci Warner picked up a win in a singles match; and the doubles team of Shayla Griffiths and Rebecca Warholic in the match with Holy Cross.
Warner also picked up a singles’ wins in the match with Delaware Valley on Monday (Sept. 15) and in the match with Dunmore.
Griffiths and Warholic also posted a doubles team match win over Dunmore.
Valley View outlasted Montrose on the courts Thursday to collect a 3-2 Lackawanna League win on Thursday.
Victoria Hinds posted a singles match wins for the Meteors; and the doubles team of Louise Thompson and Hannah Graver earned a match win.
At Scranton on Monday, Victoria Hinds won at No. 1 singles and Montrose swept the doubles to earn the win.

Doubles: Megan Myer-Allie Arnold (MON) over Monica Burda-Brittany Creegan, 5-7, 6-2, 7-6 (9-7); Louise Thompson-Hanna Graver (MON0 over Deena Madhavi-Nicole Kmiec, 6-7 (5), 7-6 (4), 6-2.
