The 2018 D&H Distance Run/5K will be held on Sunday, Sept. 9. This half marathon/5K will be run on the historic D&H Rail Trail starting in Forest City.
The course is USATF Certified and a great race for those attempting longer distance runs. Water stations will be approximately every two miles and pre- and post-race food will be available.
Race participants will be limited to 400 so get your entry in early. You can register at www.nepa-rail-trails.org, GetMeRegistered.com and dhdistancerun.com.

timing and results, set up and man the water stations, direct parking
and crowd control, and assist with post-race beverages and food.
