Meteors pin down GAR

The Montrose Area wrestling team grabbed a non-league victory over the GAR Grenadiers at home on Saturday.

Nick Moore (285) had a major decision and Jeremiah Johnson (130) had a pin in the Meteors’ 46-22 win over GAR.

The Blue Ridge Raider wrestling team was handed a 68-3 loss from Western Wayne at home on Thursday evening.

Dalton Church recorded the Raiders’ three points with a 10-4 decision at 130 pounds.
