Robbery suspects charged

Police have arrested two men they believe robbed a Little Meadows convenience store in January.

Shane Hildebrandt, 22, and Nathan Pazzardi, 28, both of Owego, N.Y., face charges in the Jan. 23, early afternoon robbery of Smart Choice Tobacco, Rt. 858.

Hildebrandt faces a felony robbery charge. He has also been charged with misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

He is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on Feb. 28 in Montrose District Court.

Pazzardi waived his preliminary hearing on Monday.

He faces a felony conspiracy robbery charge as well as misdemeanor conspiracy charges for receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.

He is being held on $100,000 bail.

The two men also face charges stemming from incidents in Tioga County, N.Y.
