Woman wanted on assault, robbery charges found in Philadelphia

The woman wanted for allegedly assaulting an elderly man and stealing his vehicle, Thursday, Oct. 13, in Susquehanna Depot was picked up on an arrest warrant Tuesday in the Philadelphia area.

Tracey Ramsay, 30, of Montrose, was transported back toSusquehannaCountyon Thursday.

She was arraigned on felony robbery of a motor vehicle, theft and receiving stolen property charges in front of District Judge Jeffrey Hollister in Montrose. She also faces misdemeanor counts of simple assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Bail for Ramsay was set at $25,000. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Monday, Oct. 31.

Ramsay, along with Daniel Bentz, 30, Susquehanna, both face charges in connection with the crime. Bentz was apprehended by police in Susquehanna at about8 p.m.the same night as the incident.

Bentz waived his preliminary hearing Monday, Oct. 17, in New Milford District Court.
