Hester named to Montrose Sports Wall of Fame

Softball standout and Montrose Area 2016 graduate Anastasia Hester was named to the high school’s Sports Wall of Fame. Principal Bill King presented Hester with a certificate and a plaque which will be displayed at the high school. Hester was a first team, all-state softball player, named to the all-region team for two years and was also named the Lackawanna League Player of the Year. Hester received an athletic scholarship from Mansfield University.
