The Montrose Area girls’ tennis team picked up a 4-1 victory over Riverside in a match played at Birchwood Tennis Club on Wednesday.
In singles, Courtney Hinds (M) defeated Vanessa Donatello, 6-2, 6-0; Kayla Triebel (M) downed Liz O’Hearn, 6-1, 6-3; and Elizabeth Cannon (R) beat Gracee Bulgar, 6-3, 6-3.
In doubles, Kristy Stankiewicz-Megan Hinds (M) beat Taryn Lucas-Katie Anisko, 6-1, 6-3; and Andrea Hinds-Ceara Hartman (M) defeated Tate Jackson-Danielle Satitch, 6-2, 6-3.
