Montrose takes 2 on court

The Montrose boys’ tennis team took two wins on the court last week, with a 4-1 loss to Western Wayne, a 3-2 victory over North Pocono, and a 4-1 win over Honesdale.
Chris Lewis picked up a singles win over Western Wayne’s Dominic Corma.
Against North Pocono, Zeb Swartley won his singles match; and the doubles teams of Bill Hotaling – Jackson Griffiths and Steven Vetri – Kyle McGranaghan also had wins to give the Meteors the victory.
At home against Honesdaly, Chris Lewis, Ben Hoal and Zeb Swartley had singles wins to lead the Meteors. And doubles team of Bill Hotaling – Jackson Griffiths also got a win.
