Elk Lake girls win 2 on court

Keryne Brostoski had 13 kills and seven assists to lead Elk Lake to a 3-2 win over Forest City in a Lackawanna League girls volleyball match Monday.
Abby Johns had nine kills for the Lady Warriors and Jamie Cohn had five kills.
Summer Wade had 13 blocks and seven kills for Forest City and Christina Carachilo had five kills.

At Montrose, Emily Stankiewicz paced the winners with five kills, 11 assists and seven digs. Elizabeth Kelley added 20 digs and five aces, and Alyvia Richel contributed five kills.
At Abington Heights, Elizabeth Kelley had 14 digs for Montrose, Kylie Robinson had five kills and Radvile Vaiciulyte had six digs in a 3-0 loss for the Lady Meteors.
At Blue Ridge, Hayleigh Fekette had 10 kills and 10 assists and Candace Smith had 13 digs and seven points to lead the Lady Raiders.
Megan Houlihan had eight kills for Blue Ridge, Abby Hartman had seven kills and seven points and Kalynne Myers had six kills, 19 assists and 12 points.
Brittany Burlingame had seven kills for Susquehanna, Emily Lawrenson had seven digs and Bethany Maby had five assists.
At Lackawanna Trail, Caitlyn Bonham had 19 points and nine digs and Katelyn Dovin had 15 points, five aces and 15 digs to lead Forest City.
Amelia Zazzera had 24 points for the Lady Foresters and Christina Carachilo had 19 points and 16 digs.
Madisyn Peoples had 11 kills, nine digs and five aces for Lackawanna Trail, Carolyn Mack had 14 points, 13 assists and six aces and Lydia Dunckle had six kills and 10 digs.
