At Forest City, R.J. Kuruts twirled a two-hit shutout with four walks — three intentional — and 13 strikeouts as Forest City blanked Blue Ridge, 2-0, in a Division V game.
The Foresters lead the division with a 3-0 record.
Eric Paulin’s two-run single in the fourth inning provided the offense for the Foresters.

Susquehanna 1
At Montrose, Cole Aukema homered and Zach Dieck, R.J. Arnold and Romey Washo all had two hits as the Meteors rolled to a Division V win, 11-1, over Susquehanna.
Arnold, Brendan Buck Keith Ely and Nate Giles all doubled for Montrose.
Eric Lee drove in a run for Susquehanna.
Game ended in fifth inning on the 10-run rule.
Elk Lake 11
Susquehanna 5
At Susquehanna, Zach Groover rippled a homer, a double and a single, driving in three runs to lift Elk Lake.
Alex Bradish scored three times and Blake Chew drove in two.

At Mountain View, Andrew Rapisardi had two hits and two RBIs, and Keith Ely had a home run and two RBIs to lead Montrose.
Zach Dieck had two RBIs and R.J. Arnold had a double for the winners.
Jey Rusek had two hits and an RBI, and Matt Lavin had two hits for Mountain View.
Susquehanna 8

At Susquehanna, Shaun Andersen singled and drove in two runs as the Sabers posted their first win since May 9, 2015 in a Division V game.
Devon Dubanowitz singled, scored twice and drove in a run for Susquehanna.
Alex Showalter singled, scored twice and drove in one for Mountain View.
Blue Ridge 5
Montrose 2
At Blue Ridge, Jake Decker had two doubles and two runs scored to lead the Raiders.
Derek Stento allowed four hits and struck out 11 to earn the win.
R.J. Arnold had two hits and a run scored for Montrose.
Elk Lake 8
Lackawanna Trail 2
At Lackawanna Trail, Jack Waldenberger doubled, scored twice and drove in three runs to lead Elk Lake.
Blake Chew had a double and two RBIs for the Warriors.
Shawn Jones had two hits and an RBI for Lackawanna Trail.
